How Maryland China Ships Packages
Maryland China Company ships orders by several different carriers including UPS, Federal Express, DHL, U.S. Postal Service, and various trucking companies.
We do our best to carefully package your items to ensure that they arrive to you undamaged. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately at (800) 638-3880. A customer service representative will work with you to resolve the issue right away. Do not discard broken items or packing materials. The carrier has signed that your package was received in good condition from our warehouse, therefore we must file a damage claim with the carrier within 7 days of receipt of your order.
International Shipments
For orders leaving the U.S.A., we offer the following freight carriers: UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express, DHL, Parcel Post Surface Mail, Parcel Post Priority Mail, or Parcel Post Air Mail (postal service shipments cannot be tracked). We strongly recommend air freight since the merchandise arrives quickly, in excellent condition and can usually be tracked by the carrier. Please remember that we cannot provide you with an accurate quotation of your freight expense until the order is packed. Once packed, we cannot remove items from the order. If you have any special requests or questions, please send them to Norann Beck in our Export Sales Department.
Unless requested by the customer, Maryland China Company reserves the right to determine which carrier to use.
