Orders placed online typically ship two to three business days after they are placed (times vary according to the time of year).

Use the Comments field located under the items listed in your shopping cart to inform us of any special instructions that must accompany your order. This includes names for our personalized pieces, instructions to ship at a later date, or any other information you need to include with your order.

We are committed to meeting our customers. expectations of our products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from Maryland China, return it to us and we will replace, refund, or credit it to your account. Please note that special orders and items advertised as seconds or selected rejects are final sales.

Maryland China Company makes every effort to insure that our return policies are fair. We will gladly accept returned merchandise which is defective or shipped to you in error. You must email or call (800) 638-3880 to obtain advance authorization to return the goods in question. Please have your customer number and invoice number on hand when calling about returns. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking charge after 30 days and no returns will be authorized or accepted after 45 days from the invoice date. No returns allowed on special orders or selected rejects. Quality issues must be addressed within 60 days from the invoice date.
