Orders placed online typically ship two to three business days after they are placed (times vary according to the time of year).
Use the Comments field located under the items listed in your shopping cart to inform us of any special instructions that must accompany your order. This includes names for our personalized pieces, instructions to ship as soon as possible or at a later date, or any other information you need to include with your order.
We are committed to meeting our customers’ expectations of our products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase from Maryland China, contact us about a replacement, refund, or credit to your account.
Maryland China Company makes every effort to insure that our return policies are fair. We will gladly accept returned merchandise which is defective or shipped to you in error within 30 days. You must email or call (800) 638-3880 to obtain advance authorization to return the goods in question. Please have your customer number and invoice number on hand when calling about returns. Merchandise returned without authorization or after 30 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking charge. Please note that special orders and items advertised as seconds or selected rejects are final sales.
Occasionally, our stock may be depleted due to high demand or factory delays. Such items will show up on your invoice as “BO.” You will have these options: wait for the back ordered item to become available, order a substitute, or cancel the order for that item. It is our policy to back order out-of-stock items unless you instruct us to do differently. Freight charges will be billed on all back orders. To avoid back orders, we urge you to use our toll free phone number or our website to place your order and check on availability.
Due to the wholesale nature of our business and the high cost of processing orders, we will apply a $5 handling charge on orders under $50.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Net 30 day terms are available for approved accounts.
Orders over $200 will receive a freight allowance of 15% of the price of merchandise shipped, up to the actual amount of the freight cost. Back ordered or out-of-stock items cannot be counted toward order total. Shipping allowance does not apply to sublimation items or special orders. The freight allowance can not be combined with any other discounts.
Rates are based on weight, size of boxes, number of boxes, and where the shipment is going geographically. Our minimum shipping charge is $2.50. Our website will calculate your shipping charges during checkout for domestic orders.
Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you for orders shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Report any damage or breakage to us immediately upon receipt of your merchandise. You must retain all packing material for two weeks for the carrier’s inspection. The carrier has signed that your package was received in good condition from our warehouse, therefore we must file a damage claim with the carrier (usually UPS, or the specific shipping or trucking firm).
For orders leaving the USA, we offer the following freight carriers: Federal Express, UPS, DHL, or Priority Mail International (PMI). We strongly recommend air freight since the merchandise arrives quickly, in excellent condition and can usually be “tracked” by the carrier. Please remember that we cannot provide you with an accurate quotation of your freight expense until the order is packed. Once packed, we cannot remove items from the order.
Maryland China reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on order that are cancelled after they have been filled.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address an $11 per box fee will be charged for any UPS address correction. This fee is determined by UPS, not Maryland China.
